About 10 years ago I wrote my master's paper on a concept I called Organizational Biology. There were lots of elements and threads in the paper but fundamentally it tried to answer the question, if organizations are created by humans - should we not look at biology to see how and why organizations function they way that they do?
Since then I have run across a good number of examples that would either support or reject this perspective. This blog is really for me dear readers. It is so I can put down my thoughts on this concept and decide once and for all whether it is a bunch of wishes and fairy dust or there is something to it.
Nevertheless, dear reader, hopefully you will leave me comments to help me decide which it is. The adventure begins....
